Crake Valley Croquet Club is located in a picturesque setting at Greenodd, four miles south of Coniston Water in the South Lakes (Lake District); three miles north of Ulverston. We welcome enquiries, visitors and beginners.
From A590 take Greenodd turn; after 100 metres (opposite garage) turn right into club premises.  From Coniston: on A5092 pass Penny Bridge (40mph zone); pass Greenodd triangle at right-angle bend; opposite garage turn left into club premises.
For Satnav, the post code of the garage is LA12 7RE. We have three good lawns and we are working on bringing a fourth lawn up to the same standard as the others.

Beginners' course on Thursday evenings. all equipment is provided.  Contact the club for details.

Visiting groups are welcome, by arrangement with the secretary: phone on 01229 861343. No previous knowledge of croquet needed. A U3A group meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 2.00.
