Bowdon B Level Tournament – 6 & 7 July 2019
Bowdon hosted their annual B Class tournament this month with nine Bowdon members taking part.
In the semi-finals Dennis Scarr (1.5) beat Sylvia Steer (6) +15 and Brian Kerr (2) beat Derek Knight (2) +15. In the final Brian won the first game +15 but Dennis fought back and won the second game +11. In a closely fought final game Brian edged it over Dennis to win by +7.
Derek Knight won the Egyptian and also the gold award for a triple peel win in the 1st round.
