David Maugham wins Southport Jubilee Tankard (yet again) (22/04/07)
David Maugham retained the Jubilee Tankard trophy at Southport last weekend (21/22 April) with Ian Lines winning the consolation plate event.
Out of 22 participants 9 were Bowdon members.
Semi finals: Richard White (Nottingham) beat Ian Lines; David Maugham beat Ailsa Lines.
Final: Richard White took first game but David Maugham won 2-1.
Plate Final: Ian Lines beat Dave Nick (Crake Valley) in a 1-ball.
