The winner and 2nd of one block playing 2nd and winner of the other. inals involved Margaret Russell (Bowdon), Garry Greenwood (Chester), David Barrett (Bury) and Jean Hargreaves (Bury).Garry Greenwood (Chester) eventually won the final, beating Margaret Russell (Bowdon), 7-6, on a golden hoop.
